“The impediment to action advances action.
What stands in the way becomes the way.”

Marcus Aurelius

Live like a Stoic. Learn what truly matters.

How to gain inner calm in a chaotic world? This question guided ancient thinkers, from the feed slave Epictetus to the Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius. During Stoic Week, tens of thousands of people around the world will reflect, journal, and practice Stoicism to better navigate the challenges of modern life.

At Macromedia Munich, we bring this tradition to life with daily micro-impulses, reflections, and a special highlight: a public Leadership Podium Talk on how Stoicism can shape modern leadership.

When is this for you?

  • You feel stressed, distracted, or overwhelmed – and want more clarity.

  • You’re curious about ancient wisdom – but want something practical.

  • You’re building a creative or professional career – and want emotional resilience.

  • You want to explore a wiser way to live and lead.

What can you learn here?

  • How to distinguish what you can control – and let go of the rest.

  • How to face setbacks with calm strength.

  • How to grow self-awareness, discipline, and inner focus.

  • How ancient thinkers like Marcus Aurelius, Epictetus, and Seneca remain radically modern.

How does this benefit you?

  • You build mental clarity and emotional resilience.

  • You develop habits of reflection and self-mastery.

  • You connect to a global community of learners and thinkers.

  • You become more centered, capable, and future-ready – in your studies, your projects, and your life.

No prior knowledge needed. No extra work. No exam. Open to students from all faculties.
