Leadership and Team retreats in Greece.

Spending part of my time in the Mani region in Greece, I offer exclusive leadership and team development retreats, combining reflection, personal growth, and connection with nature. Participants stay in an immersive environment, surrounded by the rugged beauty of the Taygetos mountains and the Ionian Sea. Activities include guided hikes on ancient paths, mindfulness sessions, and tailored coaching to inspire leadership and resilience.

My background

I am a certified Systemic Business Coach and Consultant, with additional qualifications in Futures Thinking, Sustainability Management, Conversational Leadership & Professional Dialogue, and Agile Coaching.

My career spans international project management, teaching creativity, media and innovation, and writing films and non-fiction books.

In my spare time, I produce organic olive oil in Greece, organize hiking tours, and practice Zen meditation.
