    Egbert van Wyngaarden is a certified business coach, dialogue practitioner and futures thinker. He combines expertise in sustainability with deep leadership insights. Fluent in English, German, French, Dutch and Italian, Egbert leads you through a transformative journey that links systemic coaching with the power of the Mani landscape. As a mountain guide he knows the hidden paths and the local natural secrets.

  • Ioannis Kentzeas

    Ioannis Kentzeas is a historian and archaeologist. Driven by his passion for olive farming, he revitalizes his family’s ancestral traditions in Thalames. With a deep background in gastronomy and sustainable agriculture, Ioannis brings a wealth of cultural authenticity and nature-based expertise, enriching the retreat with immersive experiences that connect participants to the land, its history, and its timeless wisdom.

Dates and Pricing

DATES: In 2025, we’re pleased to offer two exclusive one-on-one leadership coaching retreats:

  • Spring Retreat: April 28-May 2 2025 (Welcome session on April 27)

  • Autumn Retreat: September 15-19 2025 (Welcome session: September 14)

Custom dates are available upon request. If needed, the standard 5-day program can be condensed into 3 days.

RETREAT FEE: 2,900 € plus VAT. This fee includes 4 three-hour coaching sessions, a personalized leadership development program, a closure lunch and a surprise gift.

PLEASE NOTE: Travel, transfers and accommodation are not included. Participants are required to have valid travel insurance. An optional package including an individual accommodation option would cost 3,500 € plus VAT.

Practicalities

LOCATION: The retreat is held in Thalames, Mani, Greece, a serene and inspiring setting for your journey.

TRAVEL TO GREECE: Direct flights are available from several European cities to Kalamata, the nearest airport. Alternatively, flights to Athens are also an option.

GETTING AROUND: We recommend hiring a small car to explore the region conveniently. Travel time: from Kalamata Airport approximately 1.2 hours, from Athens International Airport approximately 4 hours.

ACCOMMODATION: A variety of housing options are available, ranging from charming village bed & breakfasts to luxurious coastal resorts. We’re happy to provide recommendations tailored to your needs and preferences.
